How much should I consume?
We recommend 2 tablespoons per day for everyday wellness. A 1 lb bag lasts about 2 weeks, while a half-pound bag lasts about a week with regular use.
How long does Panjeeri stay fresh?
When stored properly, Mora Panjeeri stays naturally fresh and shelf-stable for up to 4 months.
Is it made with seed oils or refined sugar?
Never. Mora Panjeeri is roasted in ghee and sweetened only with jaggery—no seed oils, no refined sugar, ever.
Is the Panjeeri gluten-free?
Our recipe includes whole wheat flour, so it is not gluten-free at this time.
Can I enjoy Panjeeri if I’m pregnant?
