We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your Panjeeri arrives safely. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipping. After that, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. For pre-orders, shipment date is provided on the listing. 

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
To ensure smooth delivery, please double-check your address at checkout. Once your order is on its way, we’re unable to make changes.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We’re so happy to share Mora Panjeeri with you! At this time, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, email us at team@rookiewithacookie.com within 48 hours. We’ll do our best to make it right.
